Punch Lists:
| Create and Share Interactive Punchlists through the Web |
The purpose of the BuilderHelper punch list module is to provide you with an easy way to keep track of punch list assignments and reporting and to keep your trade contractors informed of their
assignments through the internet.
The punch list process on BuilderHelper begins with you creating a list of punch list items in your BuilderHelper account. You then assign a trade contractor or an internal user to accomplish the punch list
item and also have the option of assigning a due-date. When each item is created, BuilderHelper sends out an email and a cellphone text message to the assigned party informing them of their assignment.
When the
assigned party has completed the punch list item, he or she logs into their BuilderHelper account and marks the item as complete. You are then notified of the item's completion by cellphone text message and email.
Additionally, BuilderHelper provides easy-to-read reports that show outstanding and completed punch list items across multiple jobs, as well as any items that are past the assigned "due-date."
Warranty Management:
| Keep Records throughout Post-construction Warranty Period |
BuilderHelper allows you to manage the status of your projects including the option to move them to "Warranty" for a specified warranty period. During this period, BuilderHelper maintains all of the
project data and allows the project customer to report any warranty issues. When a warranty issue is reported, you are notified by email and cellphone text message and can then, with a click of a button,
assign the appropriate trade contractor to address the warranty issue as a punch list item.
